Animation
https://youtu.be/3JjmmpPn2pw Copy and paste the link <3 My inspiration for this project was simply my love for Disney and Cinderella. It was definitely my favorite movie growing up. I saw a video of people doing transition videos on TikTok and thought it would interesting to make an animation transition. Although it was my first time making an animation, it came out way better than anticipated.
Autoscopy
I think this was definitely my favorite project. The autoscopy allowed me to use filters and photoshop to portray myself the way I am and how others may see me. As someone with a not-so-happy resting face, others see me as mean or unapproachable when in reality I am actually super nice. I used the mirror to reflect on what others see as I look away. I used the halo to portray my friendly personality.
Multiplicity
I had a lot of fun making this and so did my roommate as she was forced into taking every picture. Each version of myself is how I make use of my living room daily. I play video games, exercise, sleep, watch movies, and study. Fun fact I am doing this project as we speak. I think this project was a great way to enhance my photoshop skills.
Somewhere
The somewhere project allowed me to take a scene from a movie I enjoyed and photoshop myself in. Could you even spot the difference? I enjoyed brushing up my skills in photoshop since I haven't used it since high school. I will definitely be using my photoshop skills in the future outside FMX as well.
Black & White to Color
The black and white to color project was definitely a fun project. I was able to take existing pictures and transform them just by using color. Taking these two portraits which are in fact the same but when you add different color palettes, they look way different.
Poster
For the poster project, I chose one of my pageant portraits. The meaning behind this picture and phrase was simply to believe in yourself and never give up. As someone who recently started in pageantry, there are times when you give in to self-doubt. When looking back at this picture, knowing how far I've come, it's only fair to keep believing and seeing where it takes me next.
Calligram
The calligram project was an interesting project for sure. I liked writing a letter to my future self and using meaningful words and phrases to recreate a picture of myself. I used different neutral colors to match my hair, skin, and makeup.
Logo
I was super excited about this project as I was in need of making business cards. The word kind spoke out to me the most. The heart and butterfly were a finishing touch while also emphasizing the word kind itself. Butterflies are a symbol of kindness and I thought they would a perfect addition to this design. I will definitely be using this design in the future and I loved learning this useful skill that I can use outside of this class!

Canvas
The inspiration behind my animation was simply my love for Disney. I knew that this image of mickey would be challenging but very exciting once I got the hang of it. I never worked with coding before so although it is not perfect, it's a great start for sure! I'm excited to use my few found skills in future projects!
Introduction
Hi! My name is Nicolette Radparvar I am a second-semester Junior at UT. I am the youngest of four born and raised in NYC. I have many hobbies but my favorite current hobbies include pageants, traveling and anything fitness-related.
